This Piece measures 44”wide, Total height to top is 36”The counter depth is 24”. Top is solid Maple stain in Early America. Door is cane webbing. Above the beverage cooler is a 2" thick Butcher block pull out surface which can be modified to a drawer if needed. Piece can be arranged right hand or left sink mount. The sink is 15" by 15 by 8" and comes mounted with the brushed Nickle stainless steel faucet by Arrisea. Piece can be painted in your color of choice and modified to fit your special needs upon request. Piece will come fully assembled and ready for final connection to your water and drain lines. We also offer matching floating shelf for 285.00 additional. Shown in picture is wrought iron paint by Benjamin Moore.

Please allow approx 12 weeks minimum for shipping. This piece ships free. If you would like slight modifications, please inquire. In most cases my pieces will ship well within the time frame posted. In cases where I have high volumes I may need the full listed time frame. Each one of my pieces are custom made and may very slightly from the picture due to wood grain features etc.

Note: All Deliveries of Crated goods are delivered on trucks from the terminal to your place of residence. It is your responsibility to unload items purchased from the the truck so please make sure you have adequate assistance to help unload your items. I do offer lift-gate service for an additional 75.00. This will allow your item to be lowered from the truck to the ground level and brought to your home.
