Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
All of our pieces are originals. These are pieces we created and designed. If you see other matching pieces they are typically copies of our designs. We do not publish copies or reproductions' of other pieces and call them our own.This Piece measures 62” wide by 18" deep and stands 36". Top is solid pine stained in dark walnut, painted bistro white. Back panel is bead board pine. 4 raised panel doors, This piece can also be modified as an entertainment center
Please allow 12 Weeks minimum for shipping. This piece ships free. If you would like slight modifications, please inquire. In most cases my pieces will ship well within the time frame posted. In cases where I have high volumes I may need the full listed time frame. Each one of my pieces are custom made and may very slightly from the picture due to wood grain features etc.
Note: All Deliveries of Crated goods are delivered on trucks from the terminal to your place of residence. It is your responsibility to unload items purchased from the the truck so please make sure you have adequate assistance to help unload your items. I do offer lift-gate service for an additional 75.00. This will allow your item to be lowered from the truck to the ground level and brought to your home. Please contact me immediately if you feel you need liftgate service and I will make arrangements. Thanks

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
